INRA meeting with representatives from the Ministry of Agriculture and Pepper

INRA Morocco had a meeting with representatives from the Ministry of Agriculture and Pepper production and processing federation last october 2024. The ECOBOOST project was represented by Dr. Kawtar; expert on technology and quality.
The meeting was an opportunity to discuss activities conducted on quality and crop management of red pepper.
